2006
A Spark That Ignited Change
In 2006, driven by the belief that technology can be a force for good, we began our journey in a modest living room in Sector 15, Chandigarh. With just two passionate software developers, we took on projects in website development, school ERP systems, accounting software, and computer hardware—planting the seeds of innovation.
2007
Growth Rooted in Purpose
As our vision took shape, so did our team. By 2007, we had moved to a commercial office in Sector 34, Chandigarh, with seven dedicated professionals. This marked the beginning of our transformative work in e-governance, focusing on making government services more accessible and efficient.

2009
Scaling New Heights, Empowering Communities
By 2009, we established an independent office floor in Sector 7, Chandigarh, with a dynamic workforce of 50 employees across five divisions. Our partnership with SAP e-academy as the only authorized partner in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and the Chandigarh region enabled us to connect with international clients and drive impactful solutions, focusing on but not limited to skill development.

With over 100 employees and strategic collaborations with industry leaders such as Avaya, Microsoft and TCS, we expanded our portfolio to deliver enterprise solutions that matter. Our solutions were not just about technology but about making a difference at the grassroots level.
2020-24
Creating Impact at Scale
Post Covid, WE Excel flourished into a vibrant team of over 100+ professionals with a proven track record of delivering more than 100 successful projects across the nation. From streamlining government services to enabling business growth, we thrived on turning challenges into opportunities and making technology work for everyone.
The heart of our journey from 2020 to 2024 was captured through countless moments of teamwork, innovation, and dedication. From vibrant office spaces where ideas were born to impactful collaborations that drove success, our story was one of continuous evolution. As we scaled up our business, we strategically transitioned from offering services to developing innovative products, ensuring long-term growth and impact.
In the Agriculture Division, we successfully implemented Food Grain eProcurement Solutions in Punjab and Haryana, catering to 15L+ farmers and enabling approximately INR Cr 3L DBT to various beneficiaries. In the Education sector, we established OneSchool Suite as a comprehensive ERP, LMS and content provider, enhancing the learning experience through technology. Expanding our horizons, we also launched a new division dedicated to Infrastructure and CyberSecurity, addressing the growing need for digital security and resilience.
A major milestone in our journey was the successful implementation of our eWMS for the Central Warehousing Corporation in 1000+ warehouses across multiple states in India, revolutionizing warehouse management with cutting-edge technology. Furthermore, our strategic partnership with Accenture strengthened our capabilities and opened new avenues for growth and innovation.
Further solidifying our foundation, we laid the groundwork for a new office space in IT Park, Mohali, fostering a dynamic work environment that fueled innovation and collaboration. Through these milestones, we remained committed to leveraging technology to empower individuals and organizations, driving transformation across industries.
Visualizing Progress & Building a Better Future (2026)
Our new campus in IT Park, Mohali, Punjab, is a testament to our growth and vision for the future. Just 10 minutes from Chandigarh International Airport, this 100,000-square-foot space across 7 floors will be the foundation for our expansion across India. With every regional office we open and partnership we forge, we are not just delivering solutions; we are empowering and building a brighter tomorrow.
As we look beyond borders, we’re excited to bring our expertise to markets in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa, where we can make a real difference, just as we have in India. Our international office in Dubai marks the first step in this global journey. With deep passion and commitment, we’re nurturing talent to ensure our digital transformation solutions continue to inspire change, create opportunities, and lead the way in innovation.
