Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of goals and operations.

  • Analyze key metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership.

  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on efficiency and growth.

  • Identify and address operational issues proactively.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a similar role.

  • Certification in project management or operations (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPIM) is a plus.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflict, and inspire productivity across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)

  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello)

  • Understanding of supply chain/logistics systems and tools.
