Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations.

Analyze key metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a similar role.

Certification in project management or operations (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPIM) is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflict, and inspire productivity across departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)

Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello)

Understanding of supply chain/logistics systems and tools.
