Mr. Nitin Monga, Founder , WE Excel Software, is a man of immense perseverance and acute vision. He has worked with unwavering dedication towards making a difference in the lives of people by transforming and simplifying current practices especially in the Education and Food sector [govt}. WE Excel Software is a result of his commitment towards that goal and the passion with which he still continues to surmount obstacles to achieve that end. He is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients, employees and other stakeholders. He is the primary decision- and policy-maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture. In the 11 years since the inception of WE Excel , he has played a wide variety of roles across the board fine-tuning each and every division from conception of solution to execution.

In 2014, Nitin co-founded Appworx IT Solutions with a vision to contribute to the Education Industry through the use of technology and to be a part of the Prime Minister’s Skill India Mission. The organization has multiple training centers across the country and works at the grass root level focussing on the youth among the lower income group. Its mission is to train these young minds and enhance employability.

Mr. Nitin also serves on the board of SACC (Startup Accelerator Chamber of Commerce), a Startup centric body with a prominent base in North India. He is positive that the only way to fight poverty is by strengthening the startup ecosystem thereby strengthening society. He is skilled in funding and raising startups from inception and is currently supporting the profile of four such startups. With historical and strategic tie ups of SACC with Progressive Punjab and Happening Haryana events, he has fulfilled his dreams of helping rural kids to Dream Big and Dream Right.

Mr. Vikram Monga, Co- Founder, WE Excel Software, a man of tenacity and composure possessing a strong business and leadership record having a rooted understanding of client and business landscape. He has worked with staunch commitment towards making delivery a success. WE Excel Software is a result of his hard work and composure towards his goals and the team making him a fine leader. He is responsible for managing the operation and delivery, setting delivery standards, interacting with clients, employees and other stakeholders. He is the substantial pedestal fine-tuning the work culture playing various roles.

Rochak Chauhan started his career as a Software Engineer in late 2001. He is a Serial Entrepreneur who is actively working in the fields of Software Development, Information Security, Overseas Education, and Internet of Things.

He is one of the co-leader of Chandigarh Chapter of OWASP and n|u Rochak is also part of an initiative name “Mission Secure Chandigarh” to make Chandigarh an InfoSec Aware City.

A graduate of Institute of Technology and Management-Gurgaon, ranked among the Top Engineering Colleges in India, Rochak has published many useful classes, scripts and code online, which has received tremendous response.

Rochak also had the priceless opportunity to be the part of team, which designed and developed the Pilot for “Integrated Village Information & Services System” a.k.a IVISS with SeMT (State eGovernance Mission Team) for the Government of Haryana, India.
