It is not enough to be compassionate. You must act.

We at We Excel understand the importance of Community and Social Responsibility. Each one of us is highly motivated to take up social causes and be members of social and self awareness groups as part of social engagement.

We provide financial assistance to the needy and distressed families that we see in our neighbourhood and also encourage the teams to participate in community outreach programs to enhance their emotional quotient.

Each day starts with a motivational quote stressing the importance of balance between physical, mental and emotional health of individuals and to do whatever is required to make yourself happy.

Arman Kaur and Ravneet Singh, siblings going through tough times as their father is AWOL and their mother is working as a daily wager in a village in Punjab, adopted by WE Excel family, being paid for all expenses at a private school and being monitored on a regular basis by Ananya Monga.

The school has got a complete makeover , courtesy some philanthropic citizens of the society, and we are proud of our contribution to the little step ensuring giant leaps for the future of our country.

Chabeel’ is a Punjabi word referring to a sweet, cool, and a non-alcoholic drink. Chabeel day is celebrated to remember the martyrdom of the fifth Sikh Guru, Guru Arjun Dev Ji This summer, when people will be feeling a little hot and tired, Sikhs will be there to spread positive energy. This refreshing drink is served to the public to pass on the message that one should be eternally optimistic.

This year We Excel Softwares took an initiative for serving chabeel at IT Park, CHD on 27th June 2018 for the first time. Team We Excel was all excited volunteering from Seva.

Hundreds of town center shoppers had their thirst quenched as Sikh volunteers offered them free chilled drinks and Kulche Choley to honour the memory of their first martyred Guru. The aim behind this generosity was to help spread the Sikh concept of Chardi Kala, or “ever-rising spirits” in Punjabi, which means that one should be eternally optimistic.
