It makes extensive use of icons, pull-down menus, buttons, check boxes, radio buttons, list boxes etc, thus making it easy to use by the institute staff. Entry of text is minimized and data can be selected from lists wherever possible.

The proposed system generates a large number of standard analytical and statistical reports in the various modules and also in the MIS module for use by senior management.
