Effort based pricing or Time & Material
 
  • Total project execution time constitutes the project cost during its function and implementation in an effort based pricing model. The corresponding resources are deployed thereafter as per requirement.
  • This engagement model is significantly useful for the projects that are quite complex and are prone to specification and design changes midstream.

    This model facilitates the client with greater flexibility in terms of project specification development on an ongoing basis and modifying the specifications based on the changing market trends.

                

 

Milestone-based Billing

Milestone Billing works for the clients from remote location (who are out of our vicinity) and who are concerned about progress in projects; milestones-based payment schedules reinforce progress monitoring. This option helps justify payment based on each milestone achievement and visible progress reduces risks.
 
Dedicated Development Facility or Retainer
 
A Dedicated facility is an extension of the customer's own engineering/development center. Through such dedicated facilities, we offer the advanced skill sets, best resources, greater flexibility and time-to-market advantages to the customers. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the customers is our prime motto and a big privilege at WE EXCEL. All rights to the IPR developed in the Development Facility vests with the customer. The Dedicated Facility also provides a cost effective solution to customers for their need for continuous offshore support. For such dedicated relationships, we also implement customer specific quality/process frameworks and teams are trained for the specific needs of a Client. The resources are paid on a retainer basis. Keeping the Intellectual Property Rights Security in mind, we also have a policy to sign an NDA with our clients wherever required and at the same time all our professionals are bound with the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
 

 

Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model

WE EXCEL launches a dedicated facility for the client for execution practice of Build-Operate-Transfer Model,. This facility is a virtual extension of the client's own development/services facility. The dedicated facility entails WE EXCEL's technical infrastructure, processes and execution capabilities. The dedicated facility is staffed either by existing WEEXCEL SOFTWARES's resources or by Client's resources or by resources hired specifically for engagement or a mix of them all. WE EXCEL has a well-defined mechanism for the smooth transition of the facility to the client.
